Yesh! I think it deserved the top honor–my granson loves it!
So well deserved. Patrick McDonnell is a dream…as an illustrator, writer, and especially as a human. Me…Jane is a perfect collaboration between Mr McDonnell and the famous chimpologist, Jane Goodall.
